A project leader or volunteer who wants to follow up their own figures, without seeing everything? That is possible. In this part you see how the permissions work: an administrator sees everything, a viewer only gets access to the analytical codes you designate.

Two things to remember. We assign the permissions for you — just let us know who needs access. And restricting is only possible at analytical level: hiding an individual expense account from someone cannot be done.
