Course The Binoculars - starting your own budget (#4)

Not working with a budget yet? Then this is the most useful part of the course. You export your Profit and Loss statement to Excel — all active accounts with their results are already in it — and simply add a column next to it with your estimated amounts for the coming year.

If you work analytically, you create extra columns per project in that same file. One arrangement to remember: you send the budget to us and we add it; the forecasting you then adjust yourself whenever new information comes in.
